Adrienne Levay
Meet Adrienne
Adrienne Levay is an Alberta-based singer-songwriter and storyteller crafting intimate, folk-rooted music that blends lyrical honesty with philosophical warmth. Influenced by Norah Jones, Ben Harper, Ryan Adams, and Trevor Hall, she creates performances that feel both deeply personal and widely resonant, drawing audiences into moments of reflection, connection, and release. She is currently booking across Western Canada and releasing her third EP in three years in Fall 2026.
Artist Story
Adrienne Levay didn’t take the obvious path to music.
For decades, she built a successful life in academia, keeping songwriting quietly in the background. In 2023, she gave herself a personal challenge: write seven songs in seven days. By day two, something shifted. The process unlocked a sense of meaning and connection she hadn’t felt in years, and she couldn’t ignore it.
In January 2025, Adrienne finished her last day of work and committed to music full-time. She now creates intimate, story-driven shows for audiences who come ready to feel something. Songs about searching, belonging, grief, and wonder. Folk-rooted, earthy, with a little synth shimmer. And storytelling that stays with people long after the show ends.
